* Review bread types chapter

* Fine tune bread tables

* Collect all flat bread into one section

Makes more sense to have it all within a section.

* Correct typos in bread types chap.

gasses is less ambigous than gases even if correct.

* Remove uppercases

More consistent withe the rest of the text.
