Subject: [PATCH] Rearranged starter process flowchart and added sidebar

- Rearranged to make sure ready check comes before feeding.
- Simplified by removing Discard block, and shortening titles.
- Details moved to legend box below.
- Changed arrowheads to be cleaner "Latex" style.
