Tuning sourdough starter flowcharts (#210)

* Improve sourdough starter flowchart

Remove one state
Mor air between blocks

* Tidy-up starter readiness flowchart

Right angles arrows look neater

* Fix typo on starter maintenance flowchart

There is more to do but can't say if i enjoy the chaotic look of that
one or if I hate it :D

Very packed though, so not sure how to make it less scary.
