2473e1e1c6 Fix .mobi table size
This just removes the full-width setting. This way the .mobi displays
the table images properly

37f845429b Add Dockerfile
This adds a Dockerfile to run the project. All you need to do now is run
`make` in the root folder and the pdf will be built.
